Description
The LM61460 is a high performance DC/DC synchronous buck converter. The device features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs and is capable of delivering up to 6A of output current over a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 36V; it is 42V tolerant, simplifying input inrush protection design. The LM61460 provides soft recovery from voltage drops, so there is no need to overshoot the output.
The LM61460 is specifically designed to reduce EMI.The device features adjustable SW node rise time and low EMI, and is available in a VQFN-HR package with low switch node ringing and easy-to-use, optimized pinout. The switching frequency can be set or synchronized from 200kHz to 2.2MHz to avoid noise-sensitive frequency bands.Additionally, the frequency can be selected to increase efficiency at low operating frequencies or reduce solution size at high operating frequency .
Automode enables foldback during light-load operation, achieving a no-load current consumption of only 7μA (typ) and high light-load efficiency.Seamless transitions between PWM and PFM modes, along with extremely low MOSFET on-resistance and external bias input, ensure excellent efficiency over the entire load range.Electrical Characteristics Junction temperature specified is -40°C to +150°C.

New and original CC2640 SimpleLink™ Bluetooth® low power consumption wireless MCU of TI
CC2640F128RSMR
Description
The CC2640 device is a wireless MCU targeting Bluetooth applications.
The device is a member of the CC26xx family of cost-effective, ultralow power, 2.4-GHz RF devices. Very low active RF and MCU current and low-power mode current consumption provide excellent battery lifetime and allow for operation on small coin cell batteries and in energy-harvesting applications.
The CC2640 device contains a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor that runs at 48 MHz as the main processor and a rich peripheral feature set that includes a unique ultralow power sensor controller. This sensor controller is ideal for interfacing external sensors and for collecting analog and digital data autonomously while the rest of the system is in sleep mode. Thus, the CC2640 device is ideal for a wide range of applications where long battery lifetime, small form factor, and ease of use is important.
The Bluetooth Low Energy controller is embedded into ROM and runs partly on an ARM Cortex-M0 processor. This architecture improves overall system performance and power consumption and frees up flash memory for the application.
