Original New Automotive 5.7kVrms 2.5A/5A single-channel isolated gate driver of TIISO5452QDWRQ1 ISO5452QDWQ1DescriptionThe ISO5452-Q1 is a 5.7kVRMS reinforced isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs with split outputs (OUTH and OUTL) and 2.5A source and 5A sink capabilities.The input operates from a single power supply of 2.25V to 5.5V.The allowed power supply range at the output is 15V to 30V.Two complementary CMOS inputs control the output state of the gate driver.The short propagation time of 76ns ensures precise control of the output stage.Built-in desaturation (DESAT) fault detection identifies when the IGBT is in an overcurrent condition.When DESAT is detected, "mute" logic immediately blocks the isolator output and initiates a soft-shutdown process that disables OUTH and pulls OUTL low for 2µs.When OUTL reaches 2V (relative to the maximum negative supply potential VEE2), the gate driver output is "hard" pulled to the VEE2 potential, immediately turning the IGBT off.

The LM25141-Q1 is a synchronous buck converter suitable for high voltage wide input voltage buck regulator applications.The control method is peak current mode control.Current-mode control provides internal line feedforward, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and simplified loop compensation.The LM25141-Q1 features slew rate control to easily meet CISPR and automotive EMI requirements.The LM25141-Q1 is available in two switching frequencies: 2.2MHz and 440kHz.The gate driver features slew rate control that can be adjusted to reduce EMI.Under light load or no load conditions, the LM25141-Q1 improves low power efficiency by operating in skip cycle mode.The LM25141-Q1 features a high-voltage bias regulator that automatically switches to an external bias supply to reduce the IQ current from VIN.Other features include frequency synchronization, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, hiccup-mode fault protection in sustained overload conditions, and power good output.
