The ADS1672 is a high-speed,high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Using an advanced delta-sigma(O∑)architecture, it operates at speeds up to 625kSPS with outstanding ac performance and dc accuracy.
The ADS1672 ADC is comprised of a low-drift.chopper-stabilized modulator with out-of-range .The dual filter path allows the user to
select between detection and a dual-path programmable digital filter.wide-bandwidth. The low-latency filter settles quickly two post-processing filters:low-latency or changes, such as a multiplexer. The wide-bandwidth in one cycle. for applications with large instantaneous path provides an optimized frequency response for ac 0.001dB, stop band attenuation of 86dB, and a measurements with a passband ripple of less than bandwidth of 305kHz
The ADS1672 is controlled through 1/O pins-there allows for direct control of conversions: toggle the are no registers to program. A dedicated START pin START pin to begin a conversion, and then retrieve the output dats. The flexible serial interface supports data readback with either standard CMOS and LVDS to a wide range of microcontrollers, digital signal logic levels, allowing the ADS1672 to directly connect (FPGAs).

The LMX2594 is a high-performance broadband synthesizer that can generate any frequency in the 10MHz to 15GHz range without the use of an internal doubler, thus eliminating the need for subharmonic filters.A high-performance PLL with a figure of merit of -236dBc/Hz and high phase detector frequency enable very low in-band noise and integrated jitter.The high-speed N divider has no prescaler, significantly reducing the amplitude and number of spurs.There is also a programmable input multiplier that mitigates integer boundary spurs.
The LMX2594 allows the user to synchronize the outputs of multiple devices and can be used in applications where a delay is determined to be required between the input and output.The frequency ramp generator synthesizes up to 2 ramps in automatic ramp generation option or manual option for maximum flexibility.The frequency can be accelerated to more than 20μs through a fast calibration algorithm.The LMX2594 adds support for generating or repeating SYSREF (JESD204B compliant), which is an ideal low-noise clock source for high-speed data converters.Fine delay adjustment (9ps resolution) is provided in this configuration to account for delay differences in board traces.
The output driver in the LMX2594 provides up to 7dBm output power at a carrier frequency of 15GHz.The device operates from a single 3.3V supply and has an integrated LDO, eliminating the need for an onboard low-noise LDO.
